Aly Millim — CFO & Managing Member
Aly brings 14 years of professional accounting and financial strategy to every deal. She oversees capital structure, tax compliance (including NC HUB incentives), and investor relations — ensuring every project meets strict ROI benchmarks and delivers long-term cash-flow stability.

The Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program, administered by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), helps low-income families afford safe, quality housing in the private market. As a Section 8 landlord, Bryant Legacy Holdings accepts housing vouchers — meaning families pay a portion of rent based on their income, and the government covers the rest. Every property we renovate is brought up to HUD quality standards before a family moves in.
